Technician inspects the full system: filters, coils, drain lines, fan motors, capacitors, refrigerant pressure, and thermostat calibration.

Preventive Service
We clean the filters and indoor coil, flush the drain line, tighten electrical connections, lubricate fan bearings if applicable, and top up refrigerant if pressure is low.

Service Report
You receive a written service report detailing the unit's condition, work performed, and any recommended follow-up repairs with estimated costs.
