Inverter units adjust compressor speed instead of cycling on and off. They use 30–50% less electricity, cool faster, and run quieter. They cost ₱2,000–₱5,000 more upfront but pay for themselves in 12–18 months if you run the AC 8+ hours a day. For a bedroom you use every night, get an inverter. For a guest room you use twice a month, non-inverter is fine.

Quick guide: 0.75 HP for up to 12 sqm, 1.0 HP for up to 18 sqm, 1.5 HP for up to 24 sqm, 2.0 HP for up to 30 sqm. But floor area is only part of it. High ceilings, large windows with direct sun, and lots of people or equipment in the room all push the requirement up. Undersizing is the most common mistake — the unit runs nonstop, wears out faster, and never reaches the set temperature. Yes, all units include the manufacturer’s warranty. Every brand covers 1 year of service. Compressor warranties vary: Panasonic (12 years), LG and Samsung (10 years), and Daikin, Carrier, Mitsubishi, and Koppel (5 years). Panasonic and Daikin also include 3 years on PCB/parts. Wall-mount split type: 4–6 hours. Window type: 2–3 hours. It takes longer if the piping run is long, if you need a new breaker installed, or if we're removing an old unit first. Cassettes and multi-splits can take a full day. We give you a realistic timeline during the site survey.

Every 3–4 months for homes, monthly for commercial spaces in dusty or high-traffic areas. Metro Manila air quality means 3 months is the practical minimum. Dirty coils and filters make the unit work harder — electricity goes up about 15%, and the compressor wears out faster. You can rinse the filters yourself monthly, but a full professional cleaning covers the coils, drain line, refrigerant, and electrical connections. Most brand warranties also require documented maintenance.

Yes, our technicians are trained and certified to service all 13 brands we carry, plus most other major brands available in the Philippines.

Wall-mount split: ₱6,000–₱7,000 for 1.0–1.5 HP with standard piping up to 3 meters. Window type: from ₱1,000 (needs a pre-built wall sleeve). Cassettes and floor-standing: ₱8,000–₱15,000 depending on bracket work. Extra piping is charged per meter. Electrical work like a new breaker is quoted separately. Every install includes pressure testing and a functional check. We give you an itemized quote after the site survey — no hidden charges.

Yes, we accept credit card installment payments through major banks (BDO, BPI, Metrobank) with 0% interest for up to 6 months on select units.
