Our Process

Disassembly
We carefully remove the front panel, filter, and blower cover, then wrap the surrounding area with protective sheeting before applying cleaning solution.

Deep Clean
Using a high-pressure washer and biodegradable coil cleaner, we flush the evaporator coil, blower wheel, drain pan, and filter. The outdoor condenser coil is also rinsed.
3
Reassembly & Check
After thorough drying, we reassemble the unit, run it in cooling mode, and verify that drainage is clear and airflow has visibly improved.

Cleaning FAQ
In Metro Manila and Cebu, where air quality is poor and humidity is high, we recommend professional cleaning every 3 to 6 months. Monthly filter rinsing by the homeowner is also advisable.
If the cause is a clogged evaporator coil or dirty condenser, deep cleaning will restore much of the original cooling capacity. If the issue persists after cleaning, a refrigerant recharge or other repair may be needed.
Please remove fragile items near the indoor unit and turn off the aircon at least 30 minutes before our technician arrives to allow the coil to defrost. Ensure the outdoor unit is accessible.
