Our Preventive Maintenance Service (PMS) program covers everything your aircon needs to stay in top shape: scheduled maintenance visits, deep cleaning, and expert repair. One service contract covers regular inspections, coil and blower deep wash, refrigerant checks, and diagnosis and repair of any issues — so you avoid costly breakdowns and extend your unit's lifespan.

How It Works
Our Process
Inspection & Diagnosis
Technician inspects the full system: filters, coils, drain lines, fan motors, capacitors, refrigerant pressure, thermostat calibration, and diagnoses any faults.
Deep Cleaning
Full disassembly and high-pressure wash of evaporator coil, blower wheel, drain pan, and filters. Anti-bacterial treatment and condenser rinse included.
Repair & Restoration
Any identified issues — low refrigerant, faulty capacitors, wiring problems, or PCB faults — are repaired on the spot with genuine parts where possible.
Testing & Service Report
We run the unit through all modes, verify cooling performance, and provide a written service report detailing work performed and recommendations.
