Ducting & Ventilation

FlowSox Fabric Duct

FlowSox fabric duct spreads conditioned air evenly through the duct surface or nozzles. Mr. Aircon is an authorized FlowSox dealer and designs and installs fabric duct across Metro Manila and Cebu.

Warranty: 10 years on the fabric material, 1 year on service and installation.

Profiles and airflow

Duct profiles

Circular. The most common profile, for high ceilings and open spaces. Support rings keep the shape without airflow.
Semicircular. Mounted directly on the ceiling where height is limited.
Segment. For tighter ceilings than semicircular allows: cold storage, laboratories, server rooms.
Rectangular. Where round duct will not fit or a specific temperature zone is needed.

Airflow options

Micro flow. Air seeps out like a fine mist; draft-free. Food processing, clean rooms, sensitive storage.
Wide flow. Low-velocity air spread evenly. Offices, retail, smart buildings.
Direct flow. Air reaches the floor from high ceilings. Warehouses and public spaces.
Jet flow. Nozzles throw air farthest. Production lines and large open areas.

Every FlowSox installation is validated with Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD) simulation — verifying airflow, temperature, and distribution before fabrication begins.

Where it is used

Warehouses & distribution centers
Cold storage facilities
Food commissaries & kitchens
Smart farms & greenhouses
Factories & production rooms
Laboratories & clean rooms
Offices & commercial spaces
Restaurants & retail

How it works

Survey. We check the space, ceiling height, HVAC capacity and the airflow you need.
Design and CFD check. Profile, airflow type and layout; every FlowSox installation is validated with CFD simulation before fabrication.
Made to order. The fabric duct is custom-ordered to your dimensions.
Install and handover. Installed with minimal disruption, then airflow tested and balanced.
